I am an IT Project Manager by day and culinary adventurer by night. I became interested in cooking through watching Food Network ® and the like. I was convalescing after a surgery for a few weeks and those shows are about the only day-time TV I can stand.
I used to travel a great deal when I played on the WPBA ® (Billiards) tour and have learned to appreciate many different types of cuisine. We played in just about every continental state and Hawaii. Personal travels have taken me to many Caribbean Islands as well as England, Scotland, and France.
Now that I am home most of the time I enjoy creating and experimenting from my own kitchen. My family members are the guinea pigs and they rate me one to five stars on all my “creations.” Lately I have been hearing “May I be excused?…I enjoyed it…five stars!” My husband thought it would be fun for me to put our favorites out here and also give my family, friends and future friends an opportunity to share their favorites. So here we go…
